SMALLHOLDER WORKSHOP AND FIELD VISIT

“Challenges of Smallholders Achieving Sustainable Certification & Lessons Learnt” is a series of smallholder’s workshops aims to identify the challenge amongst smallholders in Indonesia to achieve sustainable certification and to map out potential activities to enhance their capacity to achieve the sustainability measures. To signify further the added value of this first workshop, the selected representatives of smallholders from Indonesia and Malaysia will be invited to visit Oil Palm Plantation, Gallery of Oil Palm, Seed Producing Unit, and Museum Perkebunan Indonesia in PPKS (Indonesian Oil Palm Research Institute) to allow participants to gain insight hands on.
